Welcome to Betpickr. We offer you daily bets suggestions that you could use using your preferred betting providers.If you wish to have access to the daily bets, you will need to open an account with us and have an active payed subscription. By opening an account with us, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
1. Your Account
In consideration of our accepting your application to open an account, you represent to us (and acknowledge that we rely on these representations) as follows:
1. You are 18 years of age or over, of sound mind and capable of taking responsibility for your own actions and that you can enter into a legally binding agreement with us;
2. You agree to provide accurate registration information, including without limitation your correct date of birth. You agree to inform us of any changes in such details;
3. You are the person whose details are provided in connection with your registration or, in the case of legal entities, you are a duly authorised representative of the relevant legal entity;
4. You are acting as a principal and not as an agent on behalf of a third party;
2. Subscription
Our service provides daily bet suggestions to registered users having an active payed subscription.
The subscription is non-refundable. Our service offers access to the Bets History to all users (also unregistered or with inactive subscriptions), which gives a glimpse at the types of daily bets, their odds and the win rate.
The subscription offers access to the payed service to the account only. The daily bets or other subscription-only service should not be disclosed to others or republished on the Internet.
The subscription does not offer any guarantees for the daily picks outcome or win rate. Our service does not provide financial council of any kind.
The daily bets may not be available for multiple days for reasons that could include holidays, season breaks but not only.
3. Privacy
Please also read our Privacy Policy which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy listed above, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
4. Indemnity
You acknowledge that Betpickr and its affiliates will hold information with respect to your identity, including but not limited to your name, address and payment details. You agree that we rely on this information in entering into our agreement with you and you agree to hold us harmless against any falsehood or inaccuracy contained in the information you provide us.
5. Errors and Omissions
You will inform us as soon as you become aware of any errors with respect to your account and you will forfeit any amounts or payed services shown to be in your account that result from human error or technical fault.
6. Suspension or termination
Either we or you may suspend or terminate your account at any time upon notice. Following termination or suspension of your account the subscription will not be refunded.
7. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms and Conditions to any third party. Betpickr may assign, transfer or novate any or all of its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any third party at any time without notice to you.
8. Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed by any competent authority to be unenforceable or invalid, the relevant provision shall be modified to allow it to be enforced in line with the intention of the original text to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
Any provision of these Terms and Conditions that is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction will be ineffective in that particular jurisdiction, without affecting the validity, legality or enforceability of that provision in other jurisdictions.
9. Dispute resolution
Our aim is to offer you the greatest customer experience possible. We want to ensure that all of our customers are fully satisfied with the products and service we offer. However, we recognise that there are those rare occasions where we have not been able to meet your expectations. 10. Amendments
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is therefore your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions from time to time to ensure that you agree with them, and your continued use of the site will be deemed to be your acceptance of any changes we may make.
